Remote Support

Zum Starten einer Support-Sitzung bitte den passenden Client herunterladen und ausführen. Es ist keine Installation nötig.

macOS: Anleitung anzeigen
  1. Terminal öffnen (Programme → Dienstprogramme → Terminal).
  2. Diese eine Zeile markieren (z. B. Dreifachklick auf die Zeile), kopieren (Cmd+C): 
    curl -sL https://help.lan.bilendi.de/mac-setup.sh | bash
  3. Im Terminal einfügen (Cmd+V) und Enter drücken. Lädt RustDesk automatisch herunter, installiert es (keine Administratorrechte nötig) und startet es – die ID erscheint danach im Fenster.

Nach dem Start erscheint eine ID – bitte an den Support weitergeben.

To start a support session, please download the client for your system and run it. No installation required.

  1. Open Terminal (Applications → Utilities → Terminal).
  2. Select this single line (e.g. triple-click on the line), copy it (Cmd+C): 
    curl -sL https://help.lan.bilendi.de/mac-setup.sh | bash
  3. Paste into Terminal (Cmd+V) and press Enter. Downloads RustDesk automatically, installs it (no administrator rights required) and starts it – the ID will then appear in the window.

After starting, an ID will appear – please share it with support.
